Using upcycled parts of a quilt that had grown threadbare in spots due to it's use, I created a few smaller projects to continue her life.  This beautiful sachet with her pinking edges is filled with dried Lavender and just enough polyfil stuffing to for me to close the seam with no mess.  She is adorned with a crochet lace with a ribbon running through.  She has a metal medallion which reads Altered 1187.  I though, how apropro given that I'm making lemonaide out of lemon with my beloved quilt.  She is indeed, Altered.
