This is a variegated colorway ranging from beautiful blues to purples.  Pretty teals mixed in with rich violet and variation of each throughout.  The scarf is done in a airy lace pattern so it makes it perfect to wear to accommodate your wardrobe or wrap and use to keep your neck warm from a chill.  
It's long enough to serve your purpose either way.  
 
I have laundered this scarf and once again, this yarn is a dream to work with & produces a very soft end product.
The scarf has been washed & dried and is so soft to the skin.
