Sometimes I look in my yarn bin & think, yep- those will work together!  This shawl is one of those.  I'm not afraid of color or using what you have, so this was a perfect storm.  The colorway of green to blue & from light to darker shades really works well in this wrap.   Sea green to olive green graduating up to a cornflower blue & then to steel blue.  
 
This entire shawl is done in a double crochet with a 4 ply worsted weight yarns.   The edging is done in triple stitch double crochet giving the edge a pointed scalloped finish. The shawl has been washed and dried & by gosh the softness & drape can be seen in the photos!  It's absolutely comforting to wrap yourself in and soft to the skin.
