What could be better when there is a nip in the air than to grab a shawl, throw it over your shoulders & feel the warmth almost instantly.  Better yet, when your warmed up, you simply swing it back off your shoulders & toss it on a wooden hook.  Or, you can throw it on your legs to keep the chill off.  No matter how you use it, it is sure to give your just enough warmth to give you greater comfort.
 
  This shawl was created using a cream & maroon red.  I used a double crochet stitch throughout.  I would consider this shawl to be of medium weight & medium to large in size.
 
Shawl measures 50" from base of neck to lower back and has a wingspan of 98".
