SheStitches.com will never disclose your personal information to any entity for sale, exchange or personal benefit without your expressed written permission.

 

There will be no harassment of any visitor at any time on this website.  Any treatment deemed to be of a harassing nature will be dealt with swiftly.  The blog section is a free speech area, however, be kind & respectful to one another.

*Custom Orders - Requests*

​

I do accept custom orders - requests & generally have a two week or less turnaround (from agreement to drop at the post office) time.  Once we clearly discuss the item, I will bill you through either Wix payments or PayPal.com.  The invoice will include the agreed upon service & the expected turnaround time in writing.  Once payment has been received, I will begin your order. 

 

Once an order starts, there will be no fabric or supply changes allowed as product is purchased & meant for your order specifically.  Any changes made come with the understanding of possible delays & possible increased cost for fabric changes.

It is highly recommended you measure your beds when ordering quilts & add 5" to the length & width to allow for shrinkage.  Please do not say you want a 'twin' or 'queen' as you will find If you go to a box store, there are several different variations of size.

I will take & send pictures of progress, completed items & as well as the shipping package when heading to post office.  All items are placed inside nice plastic bags to protect them from any elements the box may encounter.  All custom orders are sent insured & signature required.

*Layaway*

​

I will work out a layaway plan with you on my items.  There is a 25% non-refundable down payment required followed by payments every 2 (two) or 4 (four) weeks based on your needs.  The length of time will depend on the value of the product generally, not to exceed 90-180 days.

*Shipping Policy*

​

I ship all packages through USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail direct from my sewing shop unless otherwise stated.  Where applicable, larger boxes may be much more cost effective going via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FEDEX (Federal Express).

Certain items will be insured at my discretion & may have "signature required" upon mailing.  Once I ship a package & proof of mailing has been sent to you, I am no longer responsible for the package.  It is advised that you either make yourself or someone else available to receive your package.  I will do a "diverted shipping" so long as you contact me in writing (email) & give me a proper mailing address & the name of the recipient you are putting the package in the care of.

It is requested, should you receive a damaged item/box, you keep all contents, shipping material and the box itself for proof of damage for your insurance claim.  This is done on the Buyers end, not the seller.  However, I am happy to assist you where & when I can.

*Return & Exchange Policy*

​

Due to the nature of my business, cloth & yarns, I do not in general, accept returns unless there is a problem with my workmanship (no exceptions) as it is my responsibility to ensure you receive a well-made product.  That said, I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or product description issues.  I highly recommend you read the descriptions of each product if you are not familiar with the fabric or my work.

I am very careful to describe my items using everyday items you can find in or around your home.  I measure my items, will describe texture when applicable & am always available to assist you with questions you may have prior to purchase.  You can email me at shestitches4u@yahoo.com or click on the girl on the bottom right of your screen to live chat with me.  If I'm not readily available, I generally will be within a short time (2 hours or less).

Any item that may be approved for return must be returned in its original state & shall be returned at the Buyers expense.
